One possible version:
Recently a survey has been carried out on whether you take notes in class or not among all the 2165 senior students. I am so worried about the finding of the survey. The data shows that only a quarter of the students surveyed often take notes in class, which helps to get their studies improved ,while about 37% of the students do a try ,but they don't know how to take notes, hoping to get a hand from the teachers. To my surprise, from the survey I know about 38% of the students have never taken notes, for they have no idea what to take in class. In my opinion, our teachers should tell the students what to write down in class so that we can make greater progress in study.
