I am Li Hua, Chairman of Student Union. We are going to hold an English speech contest with the title of The Greater Bay Area and Me. On behalf of our school, I am writing to see if we could have the honour to ask you to be a judge in our coming competition. Here is a brief introduction about it.

Aiming to strengthen the communication and cooperation among sister schools from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, the contest will be held on March 30h,2019 in the school hall. The first half will start at 9:00 am and last for 3 hours and the second half will start at 2:00 pm, during which 30 students from 11 middle schools will deliver their speeches. There is no doubt that the contest not only serves as a platform where competitors can present themselves but also provides the audience with a chance to learn more language skills.

As one of the most experienced foreign teachers in our school, you are expert in both Chinese and English. I sincerely hope you could accept our invitation and come to our competition as well as give the competitors comments. We are looking forward to your reply.
