    Getting to work before it is light and leaving after it is dark during winter months can lead to serious mental health problems, a charity (慈善机构）has warned. Working without daily 41 can result in feelings of depressions which may finally 42 into seasonal affective disorder (SAD), Mental Health Research UK(MHRUK) said.
    The warning found that three in ten adults 43 before sunrise during the winter months and return home from work after 44 .
