　　Hans L.D.G. Starlife is one of our time's leading visionaries and opinionmakers. Brilliantly merging art and science with journalism and public education, his many groundbreaking ideas and endeavors have won him worldwide recognition.
　　Focusing on big issues like emerging trends & discoveries, cultural evolution & space exploration, Hans Starlife's work spans eons & lightyears. By helping us widen our horizons, he takes our world en route to a future larger than life.
Hans has been a delegate to the UN, and has worked with both scientists, business leaders, entertainers and others. He is available for lectures & other engagements covering a wide range of topics, and enjoys hearing from likemindeds.

 

　　Background

　　In many ways, Hans L.D.G. Starlife is a child of the Space Age. Born in Sweden 1961, just weeks before Humanity became a spacefaring civilization, he early chose the Stars as his destiny - a decision also reflected in his unique family name!
　　Instead of a sci-tech career, Hans pursued an artistic-literary path, combining it with public initiatives to inspire people on cosmic growth and a range of other future-oriented topics. In the 80's, he started Sweden's first space group, while also working for US groups L5 Society and The Planetary Society.
　　Since then, Hans has made presentations for events & topics ranging from Space Law and Life on Mars, to the historic UN Millennium Forum. In 2001, he founded the COSMICA project. He's also been a Director of the International World Calendar Association and a member of the Association of World Citizens.
Starlife has featured in dozens of publications, radio & TV shows, and his name can be found on worlds across the Solar System.

 

Current Activities

　　Frequently travelling the world for his speaking, teaching & consulting engagements, Hans is still a writer at heart.
　　Currently he works on an online public education project for the Cosmica Network. He is also working on two books, one on the art of seeing beyond our local worldviews & realities, the other a combined Art & Poetry book (more).
　　As a true World Citizen, Hans supports many international friendship and 　　cooperation initiatives, including the current process of European integration. In particular, he's a friend of closer ties between China and the West - also in space.
　　Hans is currently based in the city of Malmo, Sweden, but shares his time with his family in China and Australia. He is involved a several innovative business ventures, and co-owns a UK-based trading & B2B firm.
　　His main interests - except for art and space exploration - are good wines, botanic gardens, cultural exchange and frontier sciences like transhumanism and parapsychology.

　　It is not always meaningful to ask Hans: What side are you on? Often, he's not on any side. He just wants you to see things from a new angle; beyond the collective clichés of current society!
