Nowadays , many people want to keep fit but just lack time to go to the playground to take exercise in which case a healthy life style and good habits can still keep us fit. Firstly , we should form good eating habits such as having dinner at least two hour before going to sleep , insisting on having breakfast and keeping a balanced diet. Secondly, if possible , we ought to walk to the nearby supermarkets to go shopping , go to and from work by bike and climb stairs instead of taking the lift. Last, we can create hobbies like listening to music and reading , relieve stress and forget about our worries to relax ourselves , which can also make a difference to our health.

In conclusionif we can’t find time to exercisewe can make the best of daily opportunities and a healthy lifestyle to do something for our fitness.
